Overview

LaTeX math rendering is powered by KaTeXopen in new window.

Currently, only the pandoc-styleopen in new window is supported:

• $...$ for math span (inline).

• $...$ for math block (display).

There are proposalsopen in new window for improving this. Any help is welcome.

For dedicated math support, now it's recommended to set:

"markdown.extension.math.enabled": false

and choose other solutions:

• Markdown+Mathopen in new window

• Markdown Preview Enhancedopen in new window

Completion

Limited code completion for LaTeX commands is provided.
